The customer in Broad Layings called us with a frightful story as she had only just stepped to the car to retrieve her bag and the front door had slammed after her. But, what makes this a whole lot worse was when she explained "Please help me! I locked my house keys in the house and my baby is still within." Obviously we flew over there and thankfully traffic was light. We managed to arrive inside of a few minutes and had the door open promptly. What we did learn soon after was that she designated her little kitten "my baby".
